The aim study evaluate proapoptotic potential extract breast cell lines (MCF-7). was assessed using an MTT assay. morphological changes extract-treated cells were observed under phase-contrast microscope. effect examined DAPI staining. assay results showed significant reduction viability after treatment with different concentrations (5-80 µg/ml) 24h. We inhibitory concentration at 20 ?g/ml. Morphological such number cells, shrinkage, cytoplasmic membrane blebbing indicate hallmark features apoptosis cells. staining that apoptotic nuclei are stained intensely, fragmented, condensation chromatin treated Therefore it can concluded pro-apoptotic (MCF-7).
